Fulcrum: The Evolution of the Bellevue Classroom

From the BISD Superintendent, from August 2018 (when the Fulcrum Project was launched):

"As we inch closer to the start of the 18-19 school year, I speak on behalf of the teaching staff by saying how excited we are to have students back in the building. Bellevue Schools are on an undeniable upward trajectory as evidenced by recent achievements and that momentum will continue. Our intense focus on the instructional program for all students continues to yield positive results. Our collective purpose is to do everything in our power to meet individual student needs. To that end, I present a video outlining the evolution of instructional programming at Grandview Elementary. To say that the teaching staff is excited would be an understatement."
